La Sirena Reposado lays the perfect foundation for mixing the crisp tasteful summer flavors of strawberry, watermelon, aperol, and lime.

Method – Shake with ice, and double strain ingredients into Riedel fizz Glass with ice rimmed with black salt, hibiscus, tajin trio. Garnish with a Strawberry Rose, and Mint top.
Strawberry Puree –Blend 16oz strawberries, add ¾ oz lemon juice and sugar to taste. Should not be overly sweet* label and double strain into desired vessel. Watermelon juice – Peel, cut and blend melon. Double strain, into desired vessel and it is ready for use.
• 1 ½ oz La Sirena Reposado
• ½ oz Italicus Rosoliodi Bergamotto
• ½ oz Aperol
• ¾ oz Watermelon Juice
• ½ oz Lime Juice
¼ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Boiron Strawberry Puree
½ oz Light Agave Nectar
Glassware – Riedel Fizz glass
Garnish – Strawberry Rose -Mint top
