• ¼ oz Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Boiron Strawberry Puree
• ½ oz Light Agave Nectar
Glassware – Riedel Fizz glass
Garnish – Strawberry Rose -Mint top
Method – Shake with ice, and double strain ingredients into Riedel fizz Glass with ice rimmed with black salt, Hibiscus, Tajin trio. Garnish with a Strawberry Rose, and Mint top.
Strawberry Puree –Blend 16oz strawberries, add ¾ oz lemon juice and sugar to taste. Should not be overly sweet* label and double strain into desired vessel.Watermelon juice –Peel, cut and blend melon. Double strain, into desired vessel and it is ready for use.
