Glassware – Large Riedel Nick & Nora
Garnish – Tajin rim, and one thin jalapeno round.
Method – Shake with ice, and double strain into chilled large Riedel Nick & Nora Coupe rimmed with Tajin. Garnish with a jalapeno round.
Pineapple, Jalapeño & cilantro juice trio –Peel, core and cut one Pineapple into pieces, and place in a blender. Add one large Jalapeño completely deribbed, and deseeded* (this along with the cilantro will give the cocktail its green hue, you can add or remove seeds from the jalapeno according to desired heat level) add one blanched cilantro bunch. (blanche –bring water to boil, let cilantro steep for 15sec, then into ice bath) add one pinch of salt blend, label and double strain into desired vessel.
